Buying brand-name medicines over-the-counter is simply a way to make you pay for all that advertising. In almost every case, the active ingredient in a store brand product is identical to the active ingredient in the heavily advertised product. I've noticed many of them are even manufactured under the same patent number. Take a few extra seconds compare the and gradients on the label of the store brand vs. the brand-name item. Identical means identical; save your money.

Heres two big wastes of money in this country--going to places like BJS Sams and Costco, and drinking bottled water. If you are doing either of these you are stupid.
