More deals Saturday at Sears
It's week six of Sears' Black Friday Now promotions. The number of items being discounted seems to have shrunk a bit,...

I braved 30+ degree temperatures outside the Forum, Universal City, Texas store just north of San Antonio with many other hopeful people.
The employees showed up late so we stood for an extra hour while our feet were almost numb and we were all exhausted outside in a line which should not have extended around the building.
About an hour late they passed out measly vouchers for a few electronic items. I asked about the Samsung washer, dryer, and refrigerator they had in the circular and was told "they had none in stock, but were substituting a 'comparable' LG appliance. If I'd have wanted LG I'd have gone to a flea market. I wanted Samsung products.
Then I was told that the "sale price" on the Samsung refrigerator I wanted to purchase was a "misprint" in the circular. They had posted a much higher price on the refrigerator than the circular stated.
It all was "bait and switch" and "false advertising" on the part of Best Buy. I'm looking into filing a complaint against Best Buy with the Texas State Attorney General, as well as consulting with my attorney to file fraud charges against the company.
The company was indifferent and cruel about the fact I stood in line for 10+ hours without bathroom facilities, and without food or drink, along with many other people to purchase NOTHING, because they did not have the items they had advertised.
I can be reached at steve1310@hotmail.com if you might like to file with me in a class action lawsuit against Best Buy. Please place the line "BEST BUY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR FRAUD" in the subject line when you respond.
