Guess What? Most company's backdate membership as well as warranties. If people don't use the business they will get what's coming to them....... OUT OF BUSINESS!

Sam's club is also ripping off members on their renewell. They did it to me. i went to the club and the membership manager told me they backdate all memberships to origional date unless it is 3 months since expiriation---what a scam--bleed the consumer.

If you don't use your credit card, does the company not charge you an annual fee? If I don't use my gym membership do I get money back? NO! You pay for a year and then your dues are sent to you. You Shouldn't get to wait until you want to use it. If that is the case, I want money back on my gym membership cause i was too busy enjoying the summer.
