MSVL98 is totally right. Facts dont lie. Did you look at what states are the safest in america? All of them have the lowest populations of blacks and latins. Its not being racist look at who is in prisons?

It's so easy to determine the most unsafe places to live. You simply go to the places with the most Blacks. It is directionaly proportional.
