Why are the cities not going after the banks to keep the properties up to codes?Since cities are getting less in taxes they have ready made cashcows by taking these homes and selling as is.And homeowner associations should go after cities to do just that.And if they don`t, the associations could go file a lien on the property themselves. Banks created this problem for profits,so now take the loses.
