25 Most Dangerous Neighborhoods

i live in springfield Ill and i can tell you first hand that these stats are a bit skew. the neighborhood obviously isnt very safe but the population is considerably smaller than places in chicago or east st louis. so of course the violent crime rate per 1000 people will be high. and ive seen much MUCH worse neighborhoods

East Saint Louis is a different city and therefor not counted in the St. Louis crime rate.

Whoever compiled this is full of s*it. The area of Cincinnati that was "profiled" for this article includes only a PORTION of Over-the-Rhine, NOT the whole neighborhood. Why not include the whole district? Any smart person wouldn't use this as a reference, I call it PURE FICTION. Enough said.

I'm a white male and your 100 percent right...theres bad and good in all ......and it hurts me i was in the army and there was alot of black men that died for this country .....and over there we was all bother's and not matter your color we had each others back..and if this country would become like that things would get better....we are all Gods kids

you are hateful and clearly uneducated because these areas are based on people's social-economic status, not race. you want ot see the scum of the earth, then you'd better take a look inthe mirror because slander is in fact a crime, and not all black people are the same. most black people I know have much more class and respect for people than you do. As an educated BLACK female, I'm here to tell you, that while you are entitled to your opinion, I would strongly suggest not posting it in a public forum where people would find your statement offensive.
