This bubbly, blonde actress makes or breaks a movie. She's got the acting chops but is still dogged by ditzy roles. Recently she's been cashing in on her role as a princess-turned-ogre in the 'Shrek' franchise. Diaz also appeared with Ashton Kutcher in 'What Happens in Vegas' this past spring. So what's up next for Diaz? A silver-screen adaptation of the novel 'My Sister's Keeper' and a fourth installment of 'Shrek.'

She also still collects a sizable paycheck for syndication of iconic NBC sitcom Friends. So what else is on Aniston's plate? Endorsement deals with L'Oreal, Heineken and Smartwater.

She also landed an estimated $30 million, three-year contract to pitch Avon cosmetics as its first 'global ambassador.'
