smatsunaga, it's not just you! I've noticed that outlet stores and malls are just a "switch and bait" kind of lure. They advertise "sale" and put a big sign out in front of the store that says EX: "$9.99 SALE" and when you get inside, it's like accessories or something like that that's on sale. It's a joke! I stopped shopping at outlet malls. Now I shop at the Fashion District in LA. There, you ACTUALLY get GREAT deals.. Although it's starting to get popular, and the prices are going up, but you STILL can get better deals than you can at the outlet malls... you have to just shop around the district. That is, if you are in the mood to walk!

is it just me, or do ALL the "outlet" stores sell everything for regular price??(of course, it's marked at a discounted price, but not much less than retail!) I NEVER seem to find a deal worth the 2hour drive to an outlet. The only thing makes me stop by there, is the huge collection of brand name stores...but other than that, they never really have prices to die for!!
