Five Fabulous Finds: Chocolate cupcakes,Trident gum and burgers...free!

Here are this week's Five Fabulous Finds from Coupon Cravings, including free chocolate cupcakes, Trident gum and loads of health and wellness products to make you feel better fast. Plus, get free lunch at QuikTrip, Einstein Bros. and Denny's.
1) Sunday (October 18) is National Chocolate Cupcake Day and Little Debbie Snacks is celebrating by giving away one million chocolate cupcakes (by way of a coupon for a free box).
2) Stop by Walgreens in October to get two free packs of Trident Layers gum. Or, head to Rite Aid for loads of free-after-rebate deals on health and wellness items, like throat lozenges, lip balm and nasal mist (through October 17).
3) There are more great buy-one-get-one-free printable restaurant coupons this week. You can score a free Stuffed Saladwich at Einstein Bros. or a free burger and fries at Denny's. You can also get a free dessert at Mimi's Café when you spend $10 on a meal purchase.
4) If you're headed to the mall, you can get a free Signature Collection travel size item at Bath & Body Works or a free panty at Victoria's Secret. Through Saturday (October 17), you can even get a free GE 4-device universal remote at Staples.
5) Get a free salad, sandwich or wrap at QuikTrip. I shared this deal last week, but the coupon has been reset, so if you printed it last week, you can now print it again! The coupon expires October 21.

I have always been very afraid of aging, you know, becoming old and useless and unattractive. When I turned 50, I decided to do something about it. I've spent fortunes on face creams and anti-aging serums… but using GenFX is the first time I've tried turning back the clock from the inside out. It's also the last time I'll spend a fortune on face creams! Now everyone says I look 35!

I love being a "frugalista". I just found out that the lingerie under the Gilligan and O'Malley name at Target is actually made by Victoria Secrets...and so much cheaper!
Targer is also great for fashion and funky home stuff that looks like it cost a lot more, as well as for great everyday staples.
I shop at all my favorite stores through an online website fatcrumbs http://www.fatcrumbs.com that gives me the unpublished codes and or free shipping at about 500 stores (including Target, The Gap, Best Buy, Old Navy, Drugstore.com, etc) as well as giving me between 5 and 50% back in cash on my purchases.

Walk away from the free cupcakes, sandwiches and cookies. I would so rather buy my own healthy treats and get a free pair of panties.
I work in sales and get free meals all the time and it used to be hard for me to say "no" to free food. I decided it was more important for me to be in shape than to have the piece of cheesecake and when I go out I make healthier decisions.
It's all about portion control and getting daily exercise Over the last 3 years I lost 50 pounds by eating less, avoiding processed foods and walking for at least 20 minutes every day. I also allow myself "treats" and never let myself feel deprived. One cookie won't kill you...a box of oreos followed by a pint of ice cream on the other hand is not the best choice!
Walking is the best exercise and overall toner. My stomach is tighter, my legs and butt are more toned and I simply feel better. It does not require a gym membership, a trainer or any equipment.
