If you use a debt counselor, and agree not to charge anything else to your card, is it true that the bank is required to lower your interest rate?

hi
your information on buys at a warehouse club is not true.
did you know about bjs club, they accept all coupons, they have there own plus you can use manufact. too. plus they accept any credit card, just to let you know.
