Now that Prosper.com is back from its quiet phase complete with SEC registration and a secondary market for loans, CEO Chris Larsen took some time to talk to WalletPop about Peer to Peer Lending.

Tune in to learn more about the lending and borrowing process on Prosper, including: how interest rates are set, tools for investors and find out more on the ability to sell your loans on the secondary market.

Larsen also explains why residents of some states aren't yet able to lend on Prosper and what the company is doing to remedy this (two more states were added this week).
