Wendy's takes on McDonald's with boneless chicken wings
Filed under: Food
Great news for my fellow foodies! In response to stiff competition from Burger King and McDonald's, Wendy's will now offer boneless chicken wings. It will consist of breaded chunks of chicken tossed in a succulent Asian sweet and spicy sauce, Bold Buffalo or Honey BBQ sauces. Sounds yummy, but how much? The new item will cost you $3.99, and it's set to be featured on Wendy's menu this month. Don't you love when fast food chains compete?

Why do they have to bread every damn item that doesn't come on a bun? Breaded items covered in sauces (sweet-n-sour, bbq, etc) are disgusting.

Well I understand what you are saying however, it is our choice to eat or not eat what they offer...I do have a suggestion about this issue.. Write your concerns and send them to the home office of each of these food chains...Find others that share your same concerns and have them send the same letters...It takes a villiage to change things...Maybe with any luck we can change alot of things if we all band together as a whole and work together...Lets all make a difference....

I notice that Wendy's is so fast that when you pay for your food, your food is ready before you can put your change in your pocket. All the other "fast food" places can take a lesson from Wendy's.

I tried the boneless buffalo wings at Wendy's and found them to be completely unedible. They are basically just their standard kid meal chicken nugget tossed in a unusual tasting wing sauce. I love buffalo chicken and was happy to see them on the menu but will not make the mistake of ordering them twice.

I tried the Buffalo boneless chicken wings. Way, way over priced for what you get: 7 very small nuggets of some kind of chicken-like meat, not enough sauce to cover it all. It was not very good. It was worth MAYBE $1.99 at most.

I SO TOTALLY AGREE !! Wendys bonless chicken wings are WAY WAY over priced, so much so it was funny. I actually laughed when I saw it when I opened the bag. what are they thinking. They did taste good but your right, 2 of them were without sauce and for that price, lol... never mind.

Look at the first picture and it says Burger King underneath it. You can clearly see it is taken at a McDonald's... to the person who put this article up... Carl from Aqua Teen Hunger Force would say it best.. "Jackass".
