This probably isn't news to any serious Office fan, but I love the NBC show and had no idea, so I thought I'd pass this along.

If you need a chuckle during these times when it's increasingly hard to make and save a buck, check out the Dunder Mifflin web site. (For those who don't know, Dunder Mifflin is the name of the fictional paper supply company that is the setting of the series The Office.). I can't remember how I found this, but I stumbled upon the fictional company's web site and was amazed at how professional the site is. If you didn't know any better, and you worked in corporate and needed some paper, you very well might try to order some from this site.

In any case, I wound up at their contact page and subscribed to the free Dunder Mifflin newsletter. It's been coming out once a month for the last two years, even during the summer when the show is on hiatus, and the articles are written by "the staff" of Dunder Mifflin. For instance, in the April 2009 issue, we're treated to a poem by office worker Kelly Kapoor, Dwight Schrute has a hilarious take about school fund-raisers belonging anywhere but the office, and Kevin Malone makes a plea to his co-workers:

"You guys, please stop asking me if I have swine flu. I'm kinda sensitive about my weight, so I don't think it's funny when you ask me if I have a disease just because there's a pig reference in the name. It's very hurtful. Also don't call me Kevin Bacon any more."
