Well, truthfully, WHO CARES? Everyone has to make a living, if it is to be through Len Crafters, then so be it. He is a talented singer, end of story. You would think that sponsors is a new fad. Honestly, how about some news that really matters.

Hey Frances, Finally nice to hear someone with the same opinion about Danny and Adam. I keep telling my friends and co-workers every week that Adam is a professional singer. He was in the show Wicked, and did many side appearances to promote Wicked. As if you can't see his Broadway background in each of his performances.

Yes, Adam sings for a living. So? You are a b/i/t/c/h for a living., what's the difference? He has no contract, but he sure will soon. At least Danny and his corny heart symbol can be seen and heard in elevators. Leave Adam alone, this article isn't about him.

Adam Lambert did not play on "Wicked" I personally saw that play and it was awesome. Saw it in NYC Adam Lambert and Danny and both awesome singers. They both deserve to make it to the top. I'm in favor of Adam though. May the best man win...

If Danny is really doing advertisment without the Idol's knowledge then he should be put off the show. If they think he is with out letting them know then he has breached his contract. I do wonder how anyone with his background could afford that many glasses. He talked about him have over 300 pairs. I think that is strange. Adam has disclosed his backgound and his stage work. They have to sign a big contract with the show and if they do anything to cause a problem they will be let go.

Indeed, Gokey has set up the Sophie's Heart Foundation in her memory, so it's also plausible that he's merely promoting that cause with the same gesture that happens to be a focal point of Lenscrafters' campaign.

Paul your moron. Adam wasn't in the Broadway production of Wicked! He was in the traveling show. He hasn't been on Broadway at all. Doesn't change the fact that he is a pro and doesn't really "need" AI but he isn't the first contestant that has had prior experience. Just get your facts straight.
As for the whole Lencrafters angle...all coincedence. The contestants have a whole wardrobe dept. at there disposal. Wouldn't glasses be included??

I live in Milwaukee, WI and Danny gets his glasses from Dr. Wagner's Optical Store in Southridge Mall. He has been going to Dr. Wagner's for YEARS! Dr. Wagner is not part of Lenscrafters, so this whole thing is a FLUKE!

Who cares what the idols do in their spare time.. Adam has been a broadway star... in many shows and he even said that when the show started... He was in wicked. BUt it matters why... You can find the clips of Adam in broadway on youtube.com. He was great then and is great now... people need to find something else to do with their time then trying to find excuses to pick the idols apart... let them be happy,let them sing and let us enjoy them!

Well said, Sister Frances! LOVE that guy, and there is nothing he does that merits criticism. He has done this "Idol" thing with as much class and consistency as I've seen. I think that he is destined for greatness - there is a LOT going on inside of him - I truthfully see him as a leading man in movies. He's got both a cute geek and sexy sweetheart appeal! Watch what happens to him in the future - Sophia's going to look out for him!
