The winter's almost over but, but you still need to moisturize. Especially if you lost your shirt in real estate (or the stock market, or oil futures, or lost your job) in the last two years, you can at least take pride in your soft, pliant skin.

Luckily, The Budget Fashionista has put together a list of the 10 Best Moisturizers under $10. Apparently it's been out for awhile, but it just showed up in my email today (You can -- and should -- subscribe to the Budget Fashionista here).

It occurs to me that I haven't written about Kathryn Finney -- the fabulous fashionista behind the website -- in awhile, but in these budget conscious times where you still want to look good for a job interview, her site is definitely worth bookmarking.

And as long as I'm writing about how great the site is, I should also add that you can order her book How to Be a Budget Fashionista -- which I regularly give as a gift to my female friends.
