Nous savons très clairement que Mr. Frantz J. Pilorge étant, propriétaire de Cd Apparel S.a et contracteur principal de la compagnie Saralee/ Hanesbrands[Hbi] a, de par sa certification de reconnaissance legale obtenue de l'organisation internationale " WRAP APPAREL" ,la pleine permission de saisir la loi et la justice en vue de sceller les materiels et équipements de Hanesbrands en vue d'exiger " justice et réparation " pour les 500 employés victimes lors de la resiliation abusive de Cd Apparel S.a par les leaders de Hanes le 4 mai 2007. C'est pour cela que nous vous alertons de toute manoeuvre éventuelle qu'il aurait complotté avec la complicité de Mr. Richard Coles, Mr. Andy Jr. Apaid, Jn Paul Faubert et Mr. Sassine contre le droit des victimes qui réclament: justice et réparation pour prix des 4 années de misère, d' injustice, d'exploitation et de discrimination qu'ils ont rendues à la compagnie Hanes [inc].
