The statement you made about a payment due on a certain date put also by a certain time on that date that really troubles me. Why doesn't our government step in an put a stop to this kind of thieve? I did get a letter from a credit card company saying if I didn't start using there card it would be closed. After about a month later I check my credit report and that account said closed with a $5.00 credit limit. My credit score went from 801 to 780 and nothing else changed on my report but that.

I've had the same credit card for 34 years. Imagine my surprise when I found out that I can only use 10% of my credit limit without negatively impacting my credit score! I pay off the account every month, no matter how much I charge, yet I am penalized for using it!

i'm a 63 year old woman who pays off bills as they came in so no finance charge we'' sears upgraded me to give 15% off , i assumed they we're canceling my old accts. when i found out i automatically cancelled all accts . now after 5 months they say i still have another outstanding bill i can't solve with sears they tell me to add up all my bills & subtract , please can you help me i'm at my wits end if i owed them i would pay them but this is my limit i'm afraid if i pay them another dime they will find another way to get more money i haven't bought cloths because everything is made in china so i think i over payed them . they refuse to say good bye to me i've had enough can you please help me thank you sincerely monica
