This is a parental problem, the city/state/federal government has no buisness in this. If your obese, don't eat fast foods. I have never had a weight problem and eat whatever I like, I have been 6'2" at 190lbs. since I graduated high school in 1969. I stay farely active and have always had to eat to keep the weight on. I eat fast foods 1 or 2 times a week though, not every day like some I know. The best thing you can do (if obese) is to get off the couch and go swimming, biking, or at least walking and park a half mile from the stores you use and walk to them.
