I think it's amazing that now Obama has something he has never had to deal with to talk about. Maybe his speech writer know what it's like to struggle, but ACORN and many other Socialist/Liberal organazations have built his bank account where for many years he has not cared what you and I have been dealing with. And as for working the streets of Chiago, he did so raising support and sympathy for Socialism not American Values or rights. This wall street thing started under CLinton has been allowed to grow even more under our Democratic Gongree, who also has allowed the Gad prices to soar. At any time they could have out voted any thing Bush wanted to do...and now many lamb want to put Obama and the Democrates in charge ....please try and remember Clinto would not hunt Bin Laden and Clinton involved more and more Government into our lives just as Obama says he will. And it will be you and me and our hard earned elevated tax dollors paying for his folly.

Monster trucks or not, the oil prices are out of control. That is the good out of the market taking a dive. At least the price of gas is starting to come down. However, they are still outrageous! The reason why the price of gas rose so high is so that we can accept the $3.00 gas prices. It is not right for us to even accept the $2.50 gas prices. We still need to let our voice be heard that the price of oil needs to come back down to a reasonable level.

Its true these hedge funds drove up prices of oil through speculation all summer, all this "its just the market...free market...supply and demand"...bullshit, they were accumalating as much capital as they can in preparation for this, they have the best economist and economic forecasts in the world they saw this coming.

The gas prices haven't stopped the folks here from driving their monster trucks at all.

What I find funny is that people here in LA shelled out all this money for costly hybrids and small cars, Priuses and Smart cars were going for thousands over sticker price as people prepared for $5 a gallon gas. Everyone I knew was going out and buying a hybrid, thinking it was going to save all this money as gas prices skyrocketed. Now gas is cheap and people are stuck with gigantic car payments they can't afford. Wonder if the government will bail them out too. I think this will be good for the economy going into the winter. The cost of heating fuel is affecting a lot of people. You can stop driving, but if you live in the North, you can't stop heating your home.

Hopefully everyone that has been conserving will realize how much money they can save, no matter what the price falls to, and how little it hurt to cut out some driving. I don't care if gas goes to a penny a gallon, I will not give any more of my money than I absolutely have to to those rat ba--ards.

Bush to buy Citibank! There's a very good chance the United States government will now be buying some of our biggest banks as many now seem to be on the verge of failure. With Wells Fargo winning the battle against Citibank for Wachovia, it appears Citibank "may" not be able to survive without....continued at....www.mortgagebreakdown.com
